Local Pickup

Local pickup is available during our regular business hours. Customers may choose same-day or next-day pickup, or schedule a pickup for a future date and time during business hours.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Standard shipping generally takes approximately 1 week after the order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Express a shipping is available at an additional cost for customers who need faster delivery. Express shipping options and pricing will be provided at checkout when available.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package and are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
